It is a large green, rectangular sign but the top of the sign features a large half circle in the center. The Florida Communities Trust logo, a black palm tree on a white background, is located in this half circle. The white lettering on the sign reads "Frank Brown Park (Addition). Funding for the acquisition of this site was provided by the Florida Communities Trust using Florida Forever Funds acquired in 2004." The sign is attached to two white wooden sign in the grass with a driveway in the background.
